How long have you been working in insurance and how long at Belt Insurance:  Graduated college and started in the business. I've worked here since 1995.

Education:  Marketing degree Northern Kentucky University 1995

Family (Spouse, Kids, Animals):  Katie, Jake (Walsh University), Anna (Belmont University). My dog, a Jack Russel Terrier named Mavis.

Favorite thing about working at Belt Insurance: Being able to educate and help clients protect their assets. To give them peace of mind that if something goes wrong, they have the proper coverages in place.

An interesting fact/hobby about you: Enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, and driving my Jeep Wrangler.

How long have you been working in insurance and how long at Belt Insurance: Been in the industry since 2015 and with Belt Insurance since 2016!

Education: I graduated from Watkins Memorial in 2012 and received my Bachelor’s in Risk Management and Insurance from Franklin University in 2018. I am licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance. I also finished my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in 2022.

Family (Spouse, Kids, Animals): Just me and my sweet puppy Juniper living here in Pataskala!

Favorite thing about working at Belt Insurance: I love getting to know my clients on a personal level, knowing their hobbies, their kids, their pets. If I see you around town, I will say hey and catch up! I want you to know I care about you more than just someone who has a policy with us.

An interesting fact/hobby about you: I love traveling especially hiking National Parks with my dog!

Jill Neumeyer

How long have you been working in insurance and how long at Belt Insurance: I have been working in insurance for 25 years. I have worked at Belt Insurance since 2020.

Education: I have a Bachelor’s Degree from The Ohio State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering. I am a licensed professional engineer and have my Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters designation.

Family (Spouse, Kids, Animals): I am married to Jim. We have four children. Olivia, Sophia, Amelia, and Ryan.  We also have a black shih-tzu named Stiletto. She is the queen of the house.

Favorite thing about working at Belt Insurance: The family atmosphere.

An interesting fact/hobby about you: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and watching Ohio State football. As much as I hate to admit it, I am also a Cleveland Browns fan (I blame my dad). During the summer months, I enjoy sipping wine or a good craft beer and sitting poolside. Since I will be an empty nester in the fall, I hope to have more time to devote to hobbies. I would love to do a lot more yoga, hiking, and reading.

​How long have you been working in insurance and how long at Belt Insurance:  I have been in the Human Resources/Training and Development field for over 25 years.  My primary focus is on leadership training and instructional design.   I have been supporting Todd and our Belt Insurance team from a Human Resources/Operations standpoint since 2014. Our goal is to support our staff and help them be successful on the job as well as at home in our community.  

Education: Bachelor of Arts, Speech Communication/Organizational Communication. - Northern Kentucky University, 1995

Family (Spouse, Kids, Animals):  Todd and I have been married for 25 years.  We have a son, Jake and a daughter, Anna.  Our fur baby is Mavis – our Jack Russell Terrier.

Favorite thing about working at Belt Insurance:  I love the team and the energy they exude.  It’s so nice to work with a group of people that are excited about their industry and their clients.  We really do have a GREAT time together!

An interesting fact/hobby about you:  My hobby for the last 20 years has been being a Mom! Haha! 😊  However, I recently have taken an interest in hiking.  I also love to read books and spend time with family and friends.  I also enjoy traveling to new places!

​How long have you been working in insurance and how long at Belt Insurance:  I have been working in insurance since 2021 and with Belt Insurance since 2025.

Education:  I graduated from Watkins Memorial in 2017 and I received my license in property, casualty, life and health insurance in 2021.

Family (Spouse, Kids, Animals):  I am married to my husband, Treston. We have 3 daughters- Lucy, Lily and Charlotte. We also have 2 dogs (Dashi and Roscoe) 11 chickens and 1 rooster!

Favorite thing about working at Belt Insurance: I love working with a team where we can all rely on each other!

An interesting fact/hobby about you: I live on a farm with cows, chickens and 1 horse! I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, or reading a good book in my down time. I am also a foodie, so I am often trying out new restaurants!
